The Storm Buster Rain Sheet is waterproof leaving your horse warm and dry.  The wither area is fleece padded with high cut shoulder gussets, tail flap, adjustable front buckle straps, cross-over belly straps and New Zealand straps.  The rain sheet is perfect for those wet but not too cold days with a fleece lining inside to keep the horse warm and comfortable.
